You're on our full disclosure page. The short version: some links pay us commissions, our parent company owns Foober and Vegan Soul, and neither fact ever touches a score or ranking.

How we make money

A review site you can't see the incentives of is a review site you can't trust. Here are ours, in full.

1 · Affiliate commissions

When you click through to some meal delivery services from our pages and make a purchase, we may earn a commission from that service or its affiliate network. This costs you nothing extra. Pages containing these links carry a disclosure near the first link.

2 · Who owns this site

Ownership disclosure

MealPrepReviews.com.au is owned and operated by the same company that owns Foober (foober.com.au) and Vegan Soul (vegansoul.com.au) — two Australian meal delivery brands that compete with services covered on this site.

Because of that, we hold those two brands to stricter rules than everyone else:

We don't describe this site as independent, and won't. What we can offer instead is something checkable: a published formula, dated and attributed sources, and own-brand exclusion from rankings.

3 · Advertising & featured placements

We may in future run display advertising or clearly-labelled "Featured" placements. If we do: featured placements will be labelled, shown in a fixed position that is not a rank, will not move when you sort a table, and will remain excluded from scores and "best of" claims. Display ads will be visually distinct from editorial content.

4 · What we compare

We track most, but not all, of the Australian meal delivery market — the current roster is on Brands we track, and that page notes the categories we don't yet cover. Absence from the roster means we haven't verified a brand's data yet, not that we recommend against it.
